Wow, just wow! I don’t even know where to start. This maternity session is truly one of a kind!

In my almost 2 years as a photographer, I’ve been extremely lucky to get to work with all kinds of amazing human beings. As you’d expect, every maternity session is different from the next. Some are all about the PDA, some are all about keeping it sweet and romantic, and some people… well, some people are just downright hysterical!

Meet Amanda and Brian, two of the funniest and nicest people I’ve worked with in a really long time. Amanda is an amazing maternity photographer in Ohio and she and Brian are expecting their first child!

You couldn’t expect anything less than an EPIC maternity session for herself! Our session took place at Crouching Lion Hike, in Honolulu, Hawaii, which was has a BREATHTAKING background and amazing views.

Amanda was a BEAST! It’s easier for me to say that Crouching Lion is a relatively easy hike, but I have no idea how hard it is when you are 31 weeks pregnant, like Amanda! She was a trooper, we stopped a few times for her to drink some water, cool down and dab her makeup, but we got to the top in about 45 min, which is pretty impressive considering she is pregnant!!

Amanda had 2 dresses and she wanted artistic nude photos as well, and I was excited from the beginning to work together and make this happen.

Brian was such a supportive partner and an awesome helper! I could totally feel how excited they are to meet their baby girl and I am so happy that I could capture all their excitement and love for each other.
