Hi, everyone!

Oh, how I just adore the family I’m blogging about today. I’m lucky enough to say I’ve been photographing the G family for the 3rd time now! I truly can’t believe how much the children have grown and changed since I first met them.

Amelie is the oldest, she is 7.5 years old and the kindest and most outgoing little girl you will ever meet. She is mommy’s little helper. Vicente is 5 years old, a full of energy boy who wants to be a clown and a fire dancer when he grows up. He is such a funny little boy. The little one is Viviana, a 4-year-old beauty who loves music and wore her mommy’s pageant dress for this session!

And, it goes without saying, Kara and Leonardo have become my friends over the time we’ve worked together. It’s hard to not become friends with someone like Kara, she is so much fun to hang out with and truly a super mom! Leonardo has been deployed so much during their tour in Hawaii, he was only here 12 months out of the 35 that they have been here. So Kara has been solo parenting their little ones during most of their time in Hawaii.

When Kara called me to take their photos again, I immediately began counting down the days to our session! I was so excited to photograph them at Lanai Lookout, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

And as for the day of the shoot, I had a blast! They had a pretty great time too. It was such a pretty evening and everything worked out perfectly!
