Sandy and Dennis were vacationing in Hawaii and wanted to capture their little baby boy’s first time at the beach, and their first professional family photos! We decided to go to Hickam AFB Beach, most known as “Hickam Dog Beach” at sunset. It is really a very calm beach with easy access, and the sunset there is just breathtaking!

Little M was a bit shy at first so we started with mom and dad tickling and playing with him, but he warmed up to me in no time, and gave me the most adorable smiles. I don’t really think that he really enjoyed the sand between his little fingers, but he sure had fun when his dad pretended that he was an airplane.

Hickam AFB Beach is located inside Pearl Harbor base, and is such a beautiful and quiet beach. It is perfect for the little ones since the water is so calm.

Sandy was so excited that we were able to capture a silhouette picture, and I just had a great time with them!
